Do I need any previous experience with Ayurveda?
No. All consultations and treatments are suitable for both beginners and those already familiar with Ayurveda.

Which appointment should I book first?
If you're looking for personalised health advice, we recommend starting with an Initial Ayurvedic Diet & Lifestyle Consultation. If you're mainly seeking relaxation, you can book a massage directly.

Are treatments personalised?
Yes. Every consultation, treatment and programme is tailored to your constitution, health concerns and personal goals.

Can I combine different services?
Yes. Many clients combine consultations with therapeutic massages or choose one of our Signature Programmes for more comprehensive support.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers are available for consultations, massages and selected programmes.

Welcome to Ayurveda for Her. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by email or by phone.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment.

2. Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or missed appointments without notice, may be charged the full appointment fee.

3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless agreed otherwise.
Prices are listed in Euros (€). VAT is applied where required under Dutch law.

4. Health Information
Please provide accurate information about your health, medical conditions, medications and pregnancy before your consultation or treatment.
Ayurveda for Her relies on the information you provide to offer safe and appropriate care.

5. Scope of Services
Ayurvedic consultations, treatments and lifestyle advice are intended to support your general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency healthcare.

If you have a serious medical condition, you should consult your GP or medical specialist.

6. Results
Every individual responds differently to Ayurvedic treatments. While every effort is made to provide the highest quality care, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

7. Liability
Ayurveda for Her is not liable for any loss, injury or damage resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client, failure to follow recommendations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under Dutch law.

8. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

9. Privacy
Personal information is handled with care and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Dutch and European privacy laws (GDPR).

10. Changes to These Terms
Ayurveda for Her may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.

12. Programme Bookings
Signature Programmes are personalised and reserved specifically for each client. Once a programme has started, fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so it can be rescheduled where possible within the programme period.
